Through our shared humanity, we support one another on our life's journey, fostering community, compassion, and peace.
At St. Paul’s PACE, no senior has to walk alone. When seniors live their best lives, they feel purpose, connection, and joy in everyday moments. Participants aren’t just patients; they’re people we’ve come to know and are privileged to walk beside on their journey.
St. Paul's PACE serves 1,500 seniors daily with medical, social, and home care needs, so they can age safely and with dignity in their communities. Yet many more vulnerable seniors in San Diego County need our help! To meet the growning demand, we're expanding the Reasner Center to serve an additional 400 frail seniors by Summer 2026.
